Objectives: To implement a holistic approach that strikes a balance between economic success and environmental awareness. Due to the massive and neglected rural population there is a significant need to improve the standard of living in these states.

Location:

India - The locations identified are villages having rural and tribal dominations in western Orissa and Andhra Pradesh.

USA-The locations identified are communities in Ohio and Georgia.

Collaboration:

In India, we have established collaboration with a non-profit development agency named “MY-HEART” with the responsibility of identifying the villages and the leaders of the educational institutions to impart professional and technical training.

In USA, we partnered with a 501(3) (C) non-profit organization named CNHP, Cleveland, Ohio with the responsibility of performing social activities in Ohio and Georgia such as community development (health, education and homes) including economic development.

Activities:

Legacy village is been established in two stages. Stage one is focused on economic development and stage two is for social development.

Stage One - Economic Development

Establishment of various industries utilizing the local resources available in the rural areas. This is further divided in to different phases based on various activities.

1st Phase - Establishment of Nagarmotha, herbal oil extraction unit which will utilize the local resources which are available in the rural and tribal areas. This specialized oil is used in several drugs by the pharmaceutical industry.

2nd Phase - Establish business centers to facilitate local small entrepreneurs to develop their products. A sustainable local economy requires access to development capital, and the optimal condition would be the development of a pool of capital made available to local entrepreneurs.

3rd Phase - Establish technology education centers in collaboration with local high schools and colleges to facilitate local students to develop their talents in information technology.

Stage Two - Social Development

Focuses on health and education development. This is further divided in to different phases based on various activities.

1st Phase - Establish housing to provide good living.

2nd Phase - Establish quality health care facilities to provide numerous medical services by qualified professionals.
